The site is GOOD I made 4 withdrawals of €700 each and everything always went smoothly. Initially they ask for proof of payment and ID with a selfie ID photo. Withdrawals were always successful within 72 hours. The problem is that it takes two and a half days for them to pay and being VIP 1/2 you can only withdraw €700 at a time and cannot request a new withdrawal until the previous one is completed. In other words the site says they can process up to €3500 weekly but if it takes 2 days you can only get €1400. The site is very GOOD maybe all the slots and live casino. I REALLY recommend it BUT I have also contacted the superiors to improve withdrawal times. 5* I recommend
