They can modify your bet until 20 secs the race starts. I ask to customer service and they said to me that this is normal in his bookie. If you choose a bet with particular odds the dont respect that odd. Always is much lower than your pick.

They can modify your pay out
I go along with some of the comments already expressed. Customer service is extremely poor. a few days ago and completely out of the blue Zeturf decided to disactivate my account in view of the current regulations and at the regulators request.When I complained and tried to find out what that meant I got pretty much a similar nonsensical email. No rationale no in depth explanation especially given the fact that I have never ever broken any regulations during the time my account was active.So if you are thinking of opening an account with Zeturf you may want to think twice.

Did not get bonus as promised. I asked them why and they said I could not get bonus becuase I have got another acount. I do not have an other acount. They said no discusion you get no bonus. Zeturf sucks azz and balls. Dont use it.

I backed Marmelo in Prix Kergorlay a group 2 at Deauville on 20th August.PMU paid 14/5 . Zeturf paid 1.6 including the stake !!A total rip off complained and they said it is a pool bet Be warned .
