Title: Unauthorized Account Access Ignored – Refund RefusedMy phone was stolen and shortly after my WinSpirit account was accessed without my authorization.What followed is extremely concerning:* Multiple withdrawal attempts up to $2000 CAD* Attempts to withdraw funds to cryptocurrency wallets (Bitcoin Solana TRX) that I do not own or use* Withdrawal requests were cancelled hours later not immediately* The remaining balance was then rapidly gambled awayThis is not normal user behavior and clearly indicates unauthorized access.Despite reporting this WinSpirit:* Claims all activity is valid simply because login credentials were used* Refuses to provide IP logs or device/session data* Refuses to acknowledge obvious fraud indicators* Denied my refund request without meaningful investigationIf someone gains access to your account attempts to withdraw your funds to their own crypto wallets fails and then gambles your balance — this should not be considered “authorized activity.”I have submitted a formal complaint and will continue escalating this with full documentation.I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform.
