It has now been well over eight months…
It has now been well over eight months since I first raised my complaint with Viu Viu Casino regarding my refund related to my CRUKS self exclusion registration and the situation has only become more concerning.Despite repeated emails formal complaints and follow ups I still have not received any meaningful response or resolution. There has been no refund no proper explanation and no accountability. The lack of communication at this stage can no longer be described as a delay. It reflects a complete disregard for responsible gambling obligations and customer rights.Because of the continued silence and failure to resolve this matter my bank has now initiated a formal investigation into the transactions made to Viu Viu Casino. As a result the disputed funds are currently under review and I do not have access to the amounts involved while this process is ongoing. This step would not have been necessary if the casino had handled this responsibly from the beginning.Allowing a CRUKS registered player to register deposit and gamble is a serious compliance issue. Ignoring the complaint for months only makes the situation worse.I once again urge Viu Viu Casino to take responsibility provide a full refund and address this matter properly. The ongoing lack of transparency and action is deeply unprofessional and raises serious concerns for other players.

Please go play somewhere else i tryed over a week to close my accounts this casino is not here for the people today I contacted live chat and they sayed I had to send for the 7th time a email to the support mail I did not and she sayer they would responce in 25 minutes and now 4 hours have been passed besides that the casino is BAD REALLY BAD

Casino will find a way how to deduct your windrawal i wagered bonus got lucky win 300€ after that I proceed to continue to play and make additional 400 so than I request 700€ windrawal after 2 days I check my account and I see the cancel it and add to my balance just 375€ instead of 700€ I didnt break any bonus rules whatsoever I do not recomend to play here at all its ok to loose here but not to win

Once again Viu-Viu responds with the exact same generic message claiming they are “busy” and asking for patience — without addressing anything I actually raised.For clarity this is what Viu-Viu continues to ignore: • My explicit request for a refund • My request to permanently close my account which was ignored while staff kept encouraging me to play • My concerns about manipulative behavior and lack of player protection • Multiple emails that remain unanswered • Live chat conversations where agents respond until they recognize my case then stop replying • Being referred to a so-called “VIP Manager” after which I was ignored and removed from the chat • Continued promotional messages sent to my phone despite asking for all contact to stopInstead of engaging formally or legally Viu-Viu only posts the same copy-paste reply under every review avoiding responsibility and giving no timeline no explanation and no solution.Anyone reading this can clearly see that these are not real responses but automated damage control messages.I am documenting this publicly so others can see how complaints are handled in practice.If this situation is finally handled properly I will update accordingly.Until then I will continue to report exactly what happens.
