Only good things… saw the reviews was nervous… won 1700 approx not the exact amount and was nervous after seeing the reviews but I received the money in more like 26 hours as they state less than 48 hours but really impressed. Thank you. I just saw soooo many negative comments and it’s my first time on the site and with the win I was curious but I can happily confirm I received it in less than the time stated. Thank you!!!! If I could add a photo I would. Cliche don’t listen to everything you see.

They state it takes 2 days for them to process a withdrawl then up to a further 6 days for your money to arrive with you. This ridiculously long time is probably in the hope that their customers forget about the withdrawl so they can get away with keeping your money - because 8 days will come and go and it still will not be with you. And by this point customer services will have disappeared and will no longer respond to you.

Shady website wont let you withdraw any odd amount. Doesnt seem like a big deal but imagine how much cash they scoop doing that to every customer. Would avoid them.

A customer for less than five months and never again. The new web site is not fit for purpose (the app doesnt even work yet) compounded by terrible odds but when bets started being refused for reasons that could only be technical I decided to withdraw (or cash out as they now call it). But the new web site would not allow me to cash out. When I finally got hold of someone on the desperately poor Live Chat or Contact Us services I was told the problem had been resolved. Sadly not. I was then suddenly asked for five different pictures of id docs. I am not a recluse I know these things are very frequently required these days but Vickers started rejecting my documents for reasons that were never explained. Why hadnt Vickers asked for these documents when I joined and deposited money with them not when trying withdraw it? Why didnt they warn that withdrawing funds would require a hugely onerous and complex id check process which could take many weeks to complete? Is there another issue? Had the useless new web site stretched finances? Might I never get my money back? Amazingly once we got into the new month of October the objections suddenly ceased and I have now been paid. If they try this with my small account (my withdrawal was well below £1000) then ask yourself do you want to risk your money with this company?

They recently updated their website and a small balance that had been there was wiped out. There bonus wagering is not transparent and should be avoided at all costs. There old website was much better.

Dont listen to the bad reviews

Had to write this review after seeing all of the negative comments. I signed up to Vickers 2 days ago taking advantage of the welcome offer. I deposited £10 but didnt win my initial bet. Within minutes I was given a £10 free bet and free spins. My free bet won £20 and I also won a few quid from my free spins. The next day I received an email offering another free bet after depositing and betting £10. I did this but initially didnt receive the offer. I think the email was sent in error however I contacted live chat and after sending a screen shot was credited with another £10 free bet. This won and now my balance was £52. I submitted a withdrawal and was worried there would be an issue especially after reading reviews. However please to say the money hit my bank today. I cant praise them enough. From reading reviews it seems they had some issues with a system change but now everything seems to be working great again. Satisfied customer!!

I have had an account with VB for years without any issues - the speed of withdrawals (within minutes) was good and on a par with many other online bookmakers - since the company made changes in the last few weeks withdrawals (now named cashouts) are taking longer than 3 days as i write this. i was not given any email notification of the changes to Vickers Bet or any changes to important things such as delays on receiving funds back after winning - basically a very poor communication has happened here. you need to treat your existing loyal customers better guys!!

My account suddenly got suspended on March 27th 2024 and after weeks of jumping through hoops sending document after document and an email chain of 25 emails long I received an email today that they were making a business decision to close my account. Wasted my time for almost a month just to close my account without explanation when I had been so patient and courteous. I hope your business goes bust its no less than you deserve with the way you treat your customers!
