Confiscated my balance without explanation.
My account was suddenly closed and the majority of my balance was confiscated.The casino claims I violated their terms (Sections 9 and 10) but refuses to provide any evidence or clear explanation despite repeated requests.I have only used one account and have not engaged in any fraudulent or abusive activity.I was traveling within the EU (Sweden and Lithuania) which may explain access from different locations but all activity was carried out by me.The lack of transparency and refusal to justify such a serious action is very concerning. I would strongly advise caution when using this casino. Keep in mind the didnt even give me back my deposit. They took all my winnings plus 80% of my deposit (800euro in total).
