Trying to withdraw my money and now my account is under review I put over 200 euro in and won 430 back so I need them to pay me out as ive bills to pay but there refusing to until my account is reviewed which I have a feeling will never happen. Unnecessary stress caused by a lack of support from customer support chat and emails very big let down of an app advise everyone to stay away go to better apps no problem letting you deposit all your money but wont pay you out when you win

I like the different games. Deposits are easy enough to do. However I think the daily withdrawal amount should be higher. I won a higher amount and had to do it over a period of a few days to get all of it.

So as of April 21 2026 i self exclude from this site I know its all timing with these games but I spend more time signing in than playing so it was easy to self exclude. I cant say I won anything spectacular i havent. Yet when I go on other sites I win big. I spent soo much money on a game call 3 energy diamond nothing wolf riches nothing I cant play my favorite games because it just kicked me off which Ive reported to support yet I still cant play the games I like. On other sites when self exclude is over they send me an email that my self exclude has been canceled and I can play now. The only good thing about this site is if you do win a little something they give right away. Other than that I cant see i keep giving my money away.
