Scam site. Had a couple wins earlier on and it was paid out. Deposited a bit of a bigger amount after gaining some trust (so I thought) but they kept the deposit and the withdrawals and put my account under review. Was told something different every time in chat. Withdrawals would be sent out and not to worry. Over 3 weeks later nothing and was told my account was closed with no possibility of reactivating it.Total scam site. 0 out of 5 stars. This site should be shut down ASAP.

It’s a worst of all time. Nither they will give your money nor they will close your account. I had a big winnings and then with complete verification and all haven’t got money back. That money goes on supabet account and keep bouncing. You won’t get much help from live chat. I was frustrated and email 1000000 times to close my account and no reply. They have poor responsible gambling service and no tools for responsible gambling.Totally bullshit.

I contacted support to permanently close my account. Instead of a clear straightforward procedure I was sent through repeated email confirmations and “verification” steps that don’t go anywhere. The replies are generic and the issue never gets properly handled so the closure request remains unresolved.Bad customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Avoid if you expect basic account management to work.

I deposited $130 and won on nov.7 and decided to withdraw. I checked with their customer service and they said I have to wait 3 business days for the payment process. After 5 days I havent received my fund yet and I checked with them and they said it will process soon without any explanation. This site is untrusted dont play on this site

Fraudulent website

Fraudulent website. I joined and deposited €50. They took 55.50. I got on straight away and they said it was my bank as they have no fees. My bank naturally said nothing to do with them. No help from support. I also asked if they were affiliated with spin it (as they did the exact same thing taking more than deposit except they are using a legitimate computer sales company in Budapest). They wont give this information. As others have said i believe these people have many sites and are scammers and money laundering through various companies.

They claim to handle all withdrawals within 3 working days and they still havent paid me. im talking to support every day and they always make excuses and ignore my request to talk to someone whos responsible for payments or a manager.

Waiting days for my payout...5 days in they say that its processed within 3 days. A week later and its still just sitting waiting to be processed. Was told on day 5 that it was in the last stage of processing. Day 7... still $#@!&* waiting.
