Owed a little over £200 They have ghosted me on all of my emails. I have gone through Resolver and now Ibas waiting to here back from them but I really doubt anything will come from them. The fact that this can happen in 2020 is silly. The Gambling commission should not let companies to get in this position in the first place.

Only ever had good experiences with this bookie and its sad to see them go! I know other people have had issue but I do think that is due to them abusing the generosity of this bookie who were the most generous around! Its a dark day that they have gone and then I made the mistake of trying Betfred who shirked and lied to me on ther opening promotion so I ended up with nothing. Stakers were generous and always honoured their promotions without having to chase them up where as cretins like Betfred who are supposed to be reputable high street bookmakers use any excuse to scam you out of money or free bets. Stakers Rest In Power! You were great whilst in the UK and truly sad to see you go! :(

I have nothing but good things to say about Stakers.There live chat have been amazing and have resolved my problems rapidly each time. Recently I have dealt with Alex on live chat over a bet error which turned out to be my fault for not reading the T&Cs.Alex understood this happens sometimes and as a gesture of good will credited me with a £15 free bet which they didnt have to do.All in all a great site amazing offers and friendly staff!

Suspended my account when I tried to withdraw my funds (£4.2k) asked for wage slips and bank statements which I provided then just ghosted me. I have had to make a formal complaint and have reported to UKGC waiting for a response which I dont expect to come. I will then take things further to get my money. Disgraceful company stay well clear!!! Fake reviews everywhere...Finally got my money after 3 weeks had to complain on live chat everyday & send formal complaints before getting any response. Have now closed my account with this terrible company.

Ive seen some poor reviews on here but so far Ive been using stakers for a few months and never had any issues there bonuses are great and very generous never had any issues to date with withdrawals Im a gutted to see them go in the UK personally
