I opened an account on 08/07/2025 deposited £41 and won £1300 playing slots. The next day my account was closed and my winnings were confiscated with an allegation of “bad faith.” They later refunded my £41 deposit but still refuse to pay the £1300.Key issues: • Operator refused to provide their ADR details in live chat (they disconnected when asked). • I have submitted multiple ID documents to correct a DOB typo and received no meaningful response. • I have screenshots of the chat disconnection the refund and the operator’s emails. • I have reported the matter to MGA eCOGRA (ADR) and the UK Gambling Commission.This is not a small admin issue — refunding the deposit but withholding the winnings looks inconsistent and unfair. If you’ve had similar issues consider filing complaints with eCOGRA and UKGC. I’ll update this review with the outcome.

Just another SCAM ON-LINE!!! These people will eliminate the money you win just as if you never won them!! I will tell you about my experience with them…..3 days ago on Monday I won 5k after catching SUPER SCATTERS. And eventually my balance went up to 9k after hours and hours of play. I requested a withdrawal of 2.5k on Monday 8th @9.45 pm. They say that withdrawals take up to 48 hours max to be approved and such approval will be sent via e-mail. After 48 hours I received nothing so I contacted their live chat. The agent told me that 48 hours haven’t yet passed because my request was made on the 9th!!! @ 9.45pm! I checked on my pending withdrawals list and found out that they had edited my dates so to pretend that the 48 hours haven’t yet passed!!!!! When I told the agent she said that it was a genuine mistake from their end!!! An hour after my balance went down to 350!! From €9k to 350 euro!! Along I received an e-mail saying that they have the right to refuse any winnings they decide to refuse!! Guys!! Can you imagine how I felt?! Very unfair and absolutely horrendous! I’m still feeling very sad and angry 😡 I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this online casino guys! They just take away your money as if you have never ever won it. I left a 3 star review yesterday but I am now leaving a 5 star review. 3 days ago I requested a withdrawal of £350. It took a while but it did come as stated in the email. Today I have just requested a further £450 withdrawal and as I am verified and it isn’t a first withdrawal it was in my account within minutes. I have to say I was very sceptical of playing with this site but my experience has been good so far and will continue to play in future. I very very rarely leave reviews for anything at all but I felt that spinyoo deserve the credit this time as they have been hit hard with so many negative comments.
