When a player loses all their funds they suddenly receive an email within three minutes of losing everything informing them that their documents have been approved. I wish the worst to every member of this casino and above all their downfall and bankruptcy. :)

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience with Spinoli has been so stressful and honestly shocking that I feel I have to warn other people before they go through what I’ve been dealing with.I qualified for a cashback for the week of 5th of November to the 11th of November offer fair and square met every requirement and was told I would receive it without any issues. Instead I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop for over a week with absolutely no progress. Live chat kept telling me *every single day* that I would get an email from support “very soon.” Seven days later—nothing. No email no explanation nothing. Just silence.What makes this even worse is that I spend hundreds of euros a week on this site. I’ve been a loyal customer and I honestly never expected to be treated the way I have been treated. Each day I reached out hoping for clarity and each day I was met with the same empty promises. It feels like I’ve been completely ignored.My interaction with the agent Kayla was especially upsetting. From my perspective I felt dismissed talked down to and not taken seriously at all. The explanations I was given didn’t line up with what I was told previously and it left me feeling like I was being misled rather than helped.Right now based on what I’ve personally experienced I can’t trust Spinoli. I’ve felt ignored disrespected and left in the dark over something that should have been simple. I’m sharing this so people know what they might be getting into. Until they fix their support and communication I genuinely recommend staying far away from this website and provider.

Have contacted customer assist and customer service every email SPINOLI give you and they dont answer back . Sorry I got 1 email back asking to verify my bank cards . Like wtf why would I verify im trying to close it because of a gambling addiction but they just dont reply there no help at all . Stay well away from this SCAM SITE . This site has a bad win rate aswell will take all yoyr money but dont think your gonna win and if you do which is hard to believe good look getting it.

I’ve been trying to delete my account for over three weeks now without success. They’re asking about new documents constantly and ask me to send personal documents by email – without using any secure links or systems to support a safe process. The live chat is no help and it’s not even possible to lower your deposit limits. All in all it’s just a cunning way to exploit people who are vulnerable to gambling.Their service model is illegal but gambling sites apparently get away with everything.

Fabricated bet draining my account

I was scammed by Spinoli in a manner very similar to what others have described of related companies to Spinoli. For reference look up for example reviews here on Truspilot written by Fredrik and Simen from 10th and 11th of May 2025 on 1bet.com or look up reviews on Sportsbookreview (search for hacking scandal 1bet scam Bellona NV).In all cases the sportsbook provider is Delasport. And 1bet Babibet Spinoli Gomblingo Weltbet etc. are all directly or indirectly linked together.In my case a single bet of €8500 was supposedly placed from my account. However I never placed the bet. It is completely out of my betting pattern the stake is way too high and I never place bet on South American football. Furthermore my devices has been in my possession all the time and I use unique and long passwords with random characters. And any external illegally accessing my account would clearly request a withdrawal to their crypto wallet rather than place a random bet.Spinoli or their sportsbook provider Delasport has drained my account by placing a unauthorized bet. This appears to be part of a systematic scam where they simulate or edit bet data to make it seem legitimate — when in reality the money is simply taken and never used for any real betting.Avoid Spinoli. This is not a trustworthy platform.

You cant close your account through live support or the press of a button yoy have to write an email that takes about 2 weeks to come through. If you end up winning cashing out takes about 10-12 days YES DAYS! Do yourself a favour don’t use this site they don’t care about you for shit.
