Kyc process is incredibly slow and live chat is useless they just keep saying contact via email altough in emails they send it says ”contact via live chat if you have questions”. Already sent bank documents id’s etc..they keep asking for time stamped screenshots from bank which i have todl i cant deliver because bank doesnt show accurate times for transactions but they keep ignoring emails.Edit: got my withdrawal done so upgraded to 3 stars.
