Not recommended unpleasant experience

Won a small amount £150 and withdrew part of it.{£100}. Forfeited the bonus fair enough. Then received an email saying that my account was under review and I wouldnt receive any promos or bonuses from them or associated sites in future and could not open accounts with any of them with immediate effect. Seems you are not welcome if you are lucky enough to win. Unpleasant experience and I would not recommend. There are much more welcoming sites out there and I wouldnt bother with this site which obviously is a sore loser!!

Im absolutely furious! Ive been playing for over a week staking more than £10000 and after finally winning the live chat team assured me my winnings were safe and would be paid out. While waiting for my £11000 withdrawal I spent another £5000.They ask for my bank statement and proof of address. I send them everything they asked for. What do I get in return? An email saying my account has been closed and my money confiscated! Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of sick joke? Ive thrown away £15000 and now theyre trying to steal my £11000 winnings. This is daylight robbery! They blatantly stole my money all while reassuring me that I’d be paid just to tempt me to play more.
