Still waiting for prize from Tournament
Good morningThe casino sometimes organizes its own private tournaments in cooperation with various game providers. The idea of such a tournament is very good but it loses its meaning because even if you win something you are not sure of receiving the prize. For example the last Halloween tournament ended on October 31 and to this day i.e. on November 8 I have not received the prize (EUR 2000) for winning this tournament. They do not respond to e-mails that would help explain the situation and they tell me to wait patiently in the chat. Im slowly losing hope of receiving this award.If it was improved the casino would be worth your attention but if it is it is probably not worth playing where you are not entitled to receive your winnings.
