Recently won £1600 its been 2days ive gone to check on the progress and cannot even log into my account few days prior I won same sort of amount and the money was given to me. Now they say I have used a casino in bad faith but won’t tell me how. I have submitted a complaint because honestly it’s strange how of deposited at least £5000 in the last month withdrew thousands but on my last withdrawal they have closed my account.

Misleading website

disappointed with your customer service and your luck of empathy. You can see very well that I registered today and had already taken £22.5 (>£15) and withholding my £12.5. Moreover your RTP was abysmally bad that I was playing 10p per spin but I didnt get any bonus/scatter or a descent win above the credit out in. Blatant disregard and theft

I had opened an account a while back and made a first deposit. Everything went well until I made my second deposit last week. I got one spin in before they locked me out of my account. I have written a number of emails asking why I was locked out but they wont even tell me that much. Originally they said to allow for 24 to a maximum of 48 hours while they run a few checks on my account. Well that was 7 days ago and I am no closer to accessing my account or finding out why they have done this. Their support staff are incompetent and petty. I am now certain that they are just stringing me along to what end? Your guess is as good as mine. I am done dealing with them directly as it has not done any good so far. I will be contacting the licensing board and as many dispute resolution resources as are available to me and writing my tale on as many review forums as I can find. All in the hopes of saving others from going through this same bs. So take my word for it you DO NOT WANT TO DEPOSIT ANY MONEY HERE.

Used to rate this site but they closed my account after years saying I cant afford it. I noticed that games I had played overtime I had accumulated bonuses to the highest level. I.e all bonus wins are 20 x and they removed the games. This happened to another game I had put lots if money into to reach top bonuses payouts and now they tell me I cant afford it.
