Why do I have to put one star? Its should be zero. Theyre scam artists. I deposited money they matched me and there was a bonus with so many spins or whatever but I ended up winning money but couldnt withdraw because the wins from the bonus spins dont count. Met the threshold to withdraw tried to withdraw and had to deposit first and jump through hoops contact support who lied. Haven’t received my winnings that were approved but got a refund for the $10 I deposited. Whatever you do avoid this casino at all cost.

I accepted a promotional chip for ten dollars from this platform during new years before the first arrived. i completed the insanely large almost impossible playthrough guidelines wich took me close to 6 hours to complete and won enough winnings to satisfy the everything asked of me to be eligble to withdraw the 100$ maximum withdrawal got verified 100% was asked to deposit (even though i was verified ten dollars in light coin so they had a address to send my winnings to) which they had no problem taking. after i completed everything they asked without a problem and the only next step was for them to honor thier promotion they then almost immediately denied me my withdrawal reguest telling me my bitcoin wallet wasnt good enough or up to the standards of their casino( even tho its the leading bitcoin wallet on the globe and was up to thier standards when they took my required deposit to verify. sure was up to standards when they were taking my money. so i put in a request for my winnings again and like the first one was approved but this time also recieved and approved for processing. told me it would take longer than ten buisness days to process. so i left it at that.( request received approved and being processed. (mind you this is the only time i have ever played on this site. the only chip i have ever accepted and first time ever playing on this site.... My previous rating was wrong. After correctly understanding the processing of withdrawls it was better . Coindraw 5 or 6 days. All other methods can be 17 days or more. Other then waiting time casino is good. Agents are nice and lots of free no deposit offers **between each deposit**3 stars . 2 more if withdrawals were faster

Takes over a month to withdrawal funds. They say 7 to 10 days to approve withdrawal and another 7 to 10 days to process but thats only counting business days and even then takes longer then 10 days each.

Update I am well past the 7-10 business days for the payout to be processed and I still haven’t received anythingOn June 25th I requested a withdrawal for $556.26. It says it takes 7-10 business days to process the request. It has since been over a month and I still haven’t had any luck getting my withdrawal. I’ve contacted support and all they say is they will escalate the situation and to check back but when I check back they say they’ll escalate it again. I have tried off and on for several weeks now to withdraw just $100. I was given free spins that miraculously I turned into over 30000 but with only a limit of 100 that could be withdrawn. But to my surprise I had to verify my identity again. So I uploaded a picture for my drivers license that was accepted but I had to verify the debit card I had used previously. That card had been stolen in unwanted charges attempted on it. Of course I canceled that card it got a new one. I still needed to verify the old card I was told I need to do write a handwritten note explaining what happened upload my drivers license again before I could be verified. I also needed a picture of the front and back of the stolen debit card. Of course the stolen debit card was stolen so I did not have the physical card which I explained in several text messages chat rooms and emails. The same response was I needed to upload a picture drivers license upload a picture of the front and back of the existing debit card before I could be verified. Boy they sure took my money quickly and easily with no issues within minutes when youre depositing money to play absolutely cannot get the $100 back from them. Horrible horrible laughable online gambling site. To reiterate they asked me multiple times to upload my drivers license to verify my ID that I had and they had approved and asked me to upload a picture of the front and back of the stolen credit card I had used before several times. They aint going to pay you no money stay away. I have reported them to the better Business bureau I have contacted a lawyer to ask what can be done with such obvious and abusive fraudulent behavior on their part. Be warned
