This site is a scam yes I did win and could withdraw but then when o was playing and logged out and back on n later my money was gone then last Saturday it happened again I had over £200 in the account and wham I logged back on 31p left after emailing the agent about 6 times and got nothing back until the said to self excepted me she called me but I was busy then had the check to say iv been calling you about this no Helen you called me after I wanted to exclude myself then played again never took any bonus at all went to withdraw and it say iv to play £90 bonce which I never got so i played it down to £122 deposit anther £50 so I could withdraw £150 and £10 to Helen but again it says iv to play &150 for a 3x bounce I never took so its a scam this has never happened on this site so please do not joine

Utter disgrace of a company. Someone has used my mobile number to sign up and I am receiving constant phone calls and texts. Spoke to a very unhelpful telephone agent who told me they cannot remove my phone number as it has been ‘verified’ on their system despite my attempts to explain that I have had no dealings with them.

No matter how desperate you are to gamble please do not use this site they let me deposit alof of money and then I finally won over £500 wanted to withdraw and all of a sudden they needed bank statements again and other information they then said there investigating me I can deposit but cant withdraw I then had alot of fraud activity in my name and my account! Do not use these they will never pay you out and they use different company names when you deposit stay well away!

This is a SCAM casino. Please please please do not deposit any more. They are not licensed and its virtually impossible to withdraw money. They have just ripped us off to the tune of 5k. Absolutely bandits. Tempted to jump on a flight to Malta. These people should be jailed. Absolutely hound you with phone calls. When you win they apply false bonuses to your account that you have not accepted so they can claim wagering requirements. There is nothing honest about this casino. Once you jump through the millions steps in order to withdraw the reject. After 5 attempts and them knowing everything from shoe size to blood type they then block your account. Thiss online casino is a scam the money deposited shows as different bank accounts for example (nanas lush hair salon) and when you try to withdrawl they refuse saying your identification can not be accept just so they dont pay you out and the harassment at all hours around clock trying to call you trying to offer you fake bonuses

Withdrawals to a UK bank account in this casino seem almost impossible. They try to put so many obstacles in the way so you cant withdraw.You can only make withdrawals to a MasterCard. I have one being with Natwest but it never works. After calling my bank they told me that it was a problem with the casino. Been trying to withdraw for over a week now and havent had any success.
