One more one star review for OLG.ca to complement the 94% who are in the same bucket. The signup process is abysmal and requires lowering security on your computer. Sending location information is a security risk using VPN is a good thing to have but none are acceptable from an OLG.ca perspective. Not to mention the PII captured I will likely put a freedom of information request just so I see what they have. So far the only thing that I am willing to put up with is using the phone with data (no WiFi cause god forbid one puts additional routers on their network to protect from being snoopped by the carrier). All I wanted was to get a lotto max ticket. It would have been easier to drive to a retailer.

I won $1000 at bingo and OLG kept the money and said I was a FRO match? I asked what was FRO? This is the family responsibility office. They said I owed child support? I have a 35 year old daughter with 2 grand children and I said this is not possible. I have called Fro and I am not a match. I am waiting for OLG to process so I can collect my money and they said it takes 6-8 weeks. What a joke. I won on Jan 9th and I am still waiting for my money. I can not log in on the OLG web page

I can not log in on the OLG web page. Even if somehow I manage to get in when I go to purchase a Lotto649 or Lottomax ticket the website crashes and shows an Error 404 message. Then the website wont let me log back in to complete my purchase.. When I wrote a complaint on the website after writing and trying to submit it I got the same Error message and was logged out and not allowed to log back in. The website is buggy and needs some revamping badly but this problem has been going on for months and no one seems to be on the ball. How much money is OLG losing not processing sales? With all the same reviews with much the same problems you would think that the employees of OLG would try to fix this but apparently not.

I can prove both visually and mathematically to anyone who wishes to understand and see that olg AND the AGCO are intentionally scamming the Ontario people. Ive been collecting and cataloging my findings by video detailed logs etc with multiple angles insuring that there is no proof that every spin is random and not a scam.I would like to share my extensive detailed proof of this with anyone who would be willing to expose those who take advantage of others. Online play is terrible in the past 6 months continuously being logged out of a game or being prompted that because of lack of play you are being logged out while playing. Every opportunity when a bonus arrived you would be kicked out of the game. The occasional enjoyment has turned into complete frustration.
