Ongoing Delays in Providing Transaction and Game Activity Report

It has been several months and they have still been unable to provide a report of my transactions and gaming activity. They keep delaying the delivery over and over again — this casino clearly does not care about its players. If anything changes I will update this review accordingly. However the delays have been going on for months.I recommend avoiding this brand as they may handle withdrawals with the same constant delays.

I have been waiting 5 days now for my cash out . And am afraid I might not get it . I won $40000 and they let me cash out $750 max.I get 1 message every 24 hours from support. I would strongly encourage players to go else where as getting this cash out has become more stressful than anything .Not enjoying my experience at all.

the site does not pay out funds

After submitting the first withdrawal request and verifying 3 days passed and there were still no funds. After contacting livechat they wrote to me that full verification could take up to 10 days and that I would receive an email. After 11 days without a response and contacting support again they asked for documents that they already had. After sending them again and talking on livechat I was supposed to receive an email with information. I did not receive it. After contacting them again they wanted proof of wealth. After sending them documents from work they said that they wanted information about the transaction history of the method used to load the jeton. I sent them confirmation from the bank of loading the jeton and screenshots from another bookmaker that had previously paid me the funds. They rejected it. I wrote about it on livechat and they were supposed to verify it and then I was supposed to receive an email from them. Of course I did not receive it. After contacting support again the document was verified but they wanted the documents that they had already received. This process goes on and on each time they want the documents they already have so they dont withdraw the funds. At this point its been 17 days since the withdrawal attempt and the circus continues. Avoid this site at all costs. SCAM!!!

My experience with Ninlay is very bad .They mentioned on their website that withdrawal will take up to 3 working days for USDT .I placed my withdrawal request on 30th of Aug and now its more than 5 working days gone but still my withdrawal request is pending .I sent them numbers of emails but they always reply we are processing your request .I asked to them please give the maximum deadline they are also unable to provide it to me .I can provide screen shots and video evidences too . I worked with many other casino sites but my experience with Ninlay is very terrible and I am really disappointed .They should fulfill their commitments that they mentioned on their website .And no doubt their customer support is good and always try to pass time as much as its possible.
