I gave one star but I would give nothing I won £300 on the 19th Dec and im still waiting for it they say they r checking it for wot exactly. They soon take your money though . U get fiona or chloe given u the same rubbish every time I go on there .so enough is enough u lot dont go on here !!!!

This are scammers 8 months that I’m waiting for my windrow money 8 months!!I reported them to the uk gambling authorities with proof of their scam and everything.The uk gambling authority told me that mr sloty doesn’t have the licence to operate in uk..My next step is to report this type of activities to the police.Avoid them and report them to the authorities gambling and police.

Type any where word in chat and they threaten to block you before you even send it proving they can see what you type. Absolute scammers. Honestly and I cannot stress this enough AVOID! This website. Fraudulent

Customer service is none existent bonuses rarely pay over 20x that’s if you are lucky enough to get a bonus. They use AI chat which provided no resolution to any problems. The supper email address they give you to email never get read or get replied back from. They refuse to close accounts and then when you call them on being a fraudulent site they block you from using the AI chat. Pathetic fraudulent place and I’m currently seeking legal advice this place needs shutting down.

If you want to cancel a withdrawal it can take 2 days. Ive never seen a site to take so long to do anything. The chat service takes ages to respond. No point asking them anything specific as you get basic robotic answers. Time after time. You are far better going somewhere thats reputable. Deposit missing

I have deposit 20 euro for try this provider but after making a instant transfer money from my bank account has been taken but i didnt recive founds at my account i contact with support that said me they will transfer my case to financial department and provide me answer as soon possible.... I was waiting 4 days w/o any information.... Sent them some emails they didnt answer even for one and by chat when i asked about where are those founds they disconnect me.... So money is gone they not answering and now i can not even open chat.... Pathetic do not put there money!!

please keep away from these criminals. They are con merchants. They only pay out very small winnings to goad you into thinking they are decent however if you win a reasonable amount of money that is unfortunately game over ! They do not pay out whatsoever once this happens so Im afraid your winnings becomes monopoly money..worthless. Stay clear

Edit: now the 12th August still waiting since April 24th contacting them every single dayThey “cancelled it automatically after 90 day” told to re withdraw so I have done so and again back to the same automated responsesI have one word for this site “AVOID” don’t fall for the small withdrawals. In the end they win with there scams Withdrawal multiple times no issue. Win £1000 and bang “awaiting” since 24th April. Same automatic reply form every “person”. Now I say today I’m taking legal action I’m now blocked from the chat. Of course no response from the “email support”. Total scammers No intention of paying out so yes legal action taken unless paid out
