Money gone after bank payout rejected
My payout was requested on December 4 2025 and paid out on December 8 2025 but it was rejected by my bank and reversed a few minutes later. I immediately wrote to support explained the situation and provided the necessary evidence. Now Ive been waiting for many days and am constantly being told that the team is looking into my case but there are no results. Over a week has passed and all they have to do is check whether the money has been refunded. Im at the end of my patience and want the money Im owed. If I continue to be put off by such reasons I will have to take legal action as you are required to comply with EU law.

I would have given Zero stars if it were an option. In the process of waiting for my withdrawal of $180 cad they decide to do an investigation. I had no problem with them doing so. But now the site wont even let me log-in. They are proving themselves to be a fraud! Dont even bother with your reply Mr Bet. Its obviously an AI response. You are a con job to say the least. Keep the $180 and reap your Karma!! Blessings 🙏🕊️
