Well I played this game for the first time and won two thousand dollars and could not withdraw it. So I lost it then I had visa phone me about fraud on my card. I already told other sites about you guys that its a scam. Now I am going to tell Facebook how your site is a scam. I know you have all my information and you can take a look at I won that and never received it. I am really not happy.

Sadly the site went offlineI do miss some games like Candy Crush Farm King and Pepper Panic and Papa Pear.People started to use cheat software to cheat. (Cheat Engine)With this software it was posible to change the speed of games and to manipulate high scores to set impossible scores. Who doesnt rememeber the same players with always the most impossible scores who always won the big cash prices. What other may not know is that these cheaters were THE COMPLAINERS at the support. in hope that support would delete there rivals so the jackpots would only be for them. Been there saw it.

It was a great site with lots of little games you could unwind playing. Such a shame it wasn’t sold on as there was so many players from all over the world. King.com sold it off yet candy crush and orchido etc started there thanks to those of us that paid to play the games. No loyalty to us. No other site like it or as good for me.

Site has major issues with games loading/finishing. Ive never tried to get a payout so I cant comment on that and Ive won enough to play through their current deposit issues I hope. The games they do have are fun when they load customer service is responsive and the community of players is awesome.

royal games wronged me stole my money

I have been playing royal games since 2012. never had a problem til last year. their investigating team is a joke. they say I have multiple accounts. I do not. they blocked my account on November 19 2020. wont give me my money back. they say they are donating it to freefall players read their conditions it says they donate your funds if they cant find you. nothing is consistent. they say one thing say another thing. all BS if you ask me. they should be investigated. Asked for photo of me holding my passport after 10 years of playing.

I asked to withdraw less than £10 and they have asked me to mail a photo of me holding my passport. I can only imagine this is going to be used to defraud me in some way. There is no good reason to make such a request after I have played for over 10 years and deposited hundreds of pounds in this time. There is definitely something fraudulent going on here.

Quite sure this site is closing down or at least it needs to... theyve owed me money for 3 months now and simply blame Paypal. Just nonsense making excuses on a professional payment provider. This site seems to be going down soon. I have waited for a withdrawal for Months. They blame PayPal and keep telling us to wait. At the same time there are so many errors occuring when playing and they never make a refund anymore. I have been a member since 2005 but really do not recommend anyone to deposit money. I have tried to contact support numerous times but their support is probably the worst Ive ever encountered. They keep sending automated responses and if you reply and ask them to please read and reply to your exact concern you get a standard message saying that they understand how frustrating this is. But for Months and Months its been the same about being patient and waiting for better times. Well they have my money Im not expecting to ever get them. And least they could offer some response kind of response that acknowledges me and others as real people who have been supporting their site and kept it alive for years.
