Deeply substandard experience: The MGM prestige does not translate to this platform
I transitioned to this platform with high expectations given the global reputation of the MGM brand. Unfortunately the digital experience is a stark contrast to the premium service one associates with their physical properties.The Daily Wheel feature is particularly disappointing. It is remarkably consistent in its no win outcomes; the animation barely completes a rotation before coming to a sudden predictable halt. When a random feature produces such mathematically improbable consistency it ceases to feel like a game of chance and feels more like a scripted discourtesy to the player base.Furthermore the withdrawal process is unacceptable by modern industry standards. In an era where competitors have streamlined financial transactions to be near-instant MGM’s turnaround times are unreasonably protracted. It is frustrating to see a company so efficient at processing deposits yet so sluggish when it comes to returning funds to the customer.I expected a sophisticated transparent and efficient service. What I found instead was a platform that feels designed to frustrate. Until these core issues—specifically the withdrawal latency and the transparency of bonus features—are addressed I cannot recommend this site.

Absolute garbage…the only way I could…
Absolute garbage…the only way I could close my account was by self exclusion….when in reality I just wanted to quit because this company are just thieves!games just glitched every time near a win or would take double my spin value… obviously just a scam and I’m glad I didn’t spend to much on this racket..

Legitimate online casino
This company seems to be operating a legitimate online casino. I have won over 300 dollars in the last 2 months. There are a lot of online casinos out there but this one seems to be the only legitimate one I could find.

Absolute worst hands down and games suck too
Absolute zero communication re withdrawal status. Customer support is not 24/7 as advertised and often “no agent logged in to assist you” is the standard. I wouldn’t send them anything to verify identity as they are shady and doubt there’s any measures taken to protect info.

Id give a zero as well. I have been told ive been approved every which way thats possible. Ive been emailed by management saying i was approvded. Had the right 34 BTC key approved..Ive had the run around since 4/14/23 still no money. This is for $300.00 i won off of a $30.00 deposit. Which in reality i won over $4000.00 but claimed at first i could only ask for 10* deposit. which isnt true for straight deposits. I still email everyday. And I get dodged or the run-around. But if you want to run a scam business then ill follow up no problem it only takes 5 seconds. Id like my moneyusername:wreck1501

I would give a zero but it wouldn’t let me! I played their slots games with their welcome bonus and won. After meeting the wager requirements they still won’t approve nothing I send them for verification of my address! Horrible!! Don’t waste your time people
