The first time I win anything a mere $200 they ask for same documents over and over and once you e send that they ask for more.I spoke with the manager and he asked for a birth certificate I reluctantly provided that now they are saying they never asked for my birth certificate they want a marriage certificate or a divorce certificate. Im not giving them any thing else this is a scam beware!!!!!

I have been trying to get my 200.00 redemption for over a month. The process to verify was horrible. Then it takes 7-10 business days (a full two weeks)to approve then they say another 7-10 days to process(over two weeks) an now they are saying they have to manually verify. Verify what. It’s already been done. Then they say they escalating it…u guessed it…takes 72 hours. I’m on my 3rd escalation and still have not gotten my money. And it says redemptions are paid out to bitcoin almost immediately. It’s a lie because they haven’t sent to my bitcoin yet and it’s been over a month. For 200.00. Ridiculous. I have screen recordings and screenshots of everything. They lie lie lie. Need to contact lottery commission about this fraud

The live chat got me know where...they said my account expires next month and I have to re enter my DL and a utility bill with my current address..they have all that information... The only reason Im giving it one star is because I have to in order to get to this part to leave this review Ive been waiting for a month now just to get someone from customer service to answer my questions on redeeming my money and have yet to get even a single reply to one of my questions which is when do I get my money.
