I saw an advert for this site yesterday and was surprised that in almost two years they only have 27 reviews on trust pilot. It takes money to fund TV adverts and good or bad you would expect hundreds or even thousands of reviews by now. Agree with other reviews. I won and sent all the i.d they requested it says verified on my account yet still can’t withdraw as it’s asking for the i.d which I have already sent and had verified. No live help available and takes days for support to send a rubbish reply. Avoid at all costs.

If your thinking of signing up here dont.I foolishly did and deposited a small amount of money. I played one of the slot games and within 10 spins hit a bonus feature. This payed me out around 6x my deposit. I went to withdraw and had to submit verification documents which I did.Once these had been verified I went to make a withdrawal and was met with a message stating I had not wagered enough to make a withdrawal. I have asked about this on the customer support page and received nothing.Surely this is not legal i have never experienced this with any casino I have played with in the past. Registered with this site back in December 2023. Had to send all verification documents by email as could not download to main site for some reason. Received email to confirm account now verified so able to withdraw winning funds until today when I was refused withdrawal as they stated I needed to verify my ID again. It is clear from the reviews on here that this gaming site has issues with regards to verification and withdrawal of wins. I do intend to make enquiries with appropriate bodies in which to investigate further as to whether this site should be licensed.Emails and copies of previous confirmation emails sent to Lucky cow bingo and await their response.

Verification and poor management
