Scam CasinoI deposited €100 via Visa and later won while playing at this casino.When I requested a withdrawal the process was delayed by repeated and changing verification requirements. After my account was finally verified my winnings were confiscated based on bonus rules.The bonus terms are extremely unreasonable and misleading. Critical restrictions are buried in long complex terms and conditions making it practically impossible for players to understand what is actually allowed. Unlike reputable casinos there were no clear warnings in the games themselves.After my account was blocked the casino initially refused to return my original deposit. I repeatedly asked for clarification and specifically requested information about which gambling license or regulatory authority the casino operates under — this was never answered.Only after I raised the possibility of a chargeback did the casino agree in writing to refund my €100 deposit while permanently closing my account.Overall I strongly question this casino’s transparency especially regarding licensing bonus rules and fair treatment of players.

Every time when tried to contact them all they said is Your withdrawal request is currently under review by our payments team. Once it is approved it will automatically be forwarded to the payment provider who will then process the transaction and credit the requested amount to your account. We will notify you as soon as the review is complete. And Im still waiting.... please avoid this casino

I quickly won around £300 without even touching the bonus balance and over time built my balance up to about £3400.When I tried to withdraw I was told I could only take out €1000 at a time and €2000 per week. The verification process was a nightmare — it took over a week with replies coming only every 48 hours. I did make a small mistake by sending the wrong ID photo but even after correcting it they refused to pay my winnings.Their excuse was that I had supposedly broken a rule by betting over £2 per spin with an active bonus — but I never used the bonus and I had already met the £1800 wagering requirement meaning the bonus should have been cleared.In the end they only refunded my £25 deposit and kept the rest of my winnings.
