I made a withdrawal for £500 from kassu Casino and I have not received any of the winnings I requested to withdraw and when I try to log into my account now it is saying that my account has been closed and I did not close it.. I have sent numerous emails to them and nothing is being done about it.. I just want the money I am entitled to from them. My account has been verified and everything is in order for me to receive my withdrawal so can someone please advise me what I should do next as Ive lost all trust in their site and the representatives who should be assisting me but just ignore me.

Wow what a site how can they get away with just blatantly robbing people I send that much verification in they verified my account now nearly 2 weeks later there doing other checks after accepting my deposit I can’t play anything so I went on chat and all because I was complaining where my money was they closed my account and kept my money a mother of kids with a disability and they take my money knowing they were never ever going to give it back I have informed the police and my solicitor when I asked for the managers contact number for the police they refused to give me it to me that says it all I hope there closed down immediately the reviews should say it all not a good one on site and I’d there are it’s the casino themselves it’s as simple as that PEOPLE DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY AMD KEEP IT THEN JUST BLOCK YOU I HIPE THEY ALL HO TO JAILME THATS ALL THEY DESERVE

Scam company do not waste your money

If could not give them a star at all I wouldnt. So been self excluded from my account but there still a balance into my account. They emailed me to say they will refund me that. For few days nothing happened. So when I contacted customer services they said I needed to verify myself and once done they will refund my balance of 600 pounds. Well its been 3 weeks and still waiting. You never get a straight answer you raise a complaint which no one replied to this is a joke of a company a scam. I have reported them to the Gambling Association and I want to warn people away from them

Hello I have read the reviews and can only confirm everything that is going on. The whole thing is a complete fraud which you realise quickly when you attempt to withdraw. I only won £700 and there’s a process everyone alludes to in the reviews. Constantly asking for more details always saying that you didn’t upload correctly. I uploaded all my documents again today and they say I haven’t. I’m not sure how they get away with this.

Awful. I’ve waited 7 months for a payout from this company. Every time you provide them with something they want something else. Absolute farce. Report them to the gambling commission and contact IBAM who will support you getting your money back but they will still refuse to refund.

Wish I had look into these reviews before signing to kassu casino. Signed up for this casino beginning of January and made a deposit of 30 Canadian for it not to be credited in my account. When asked about it on they live chat they said that it was pending and allow it 24hrs before it processed. Well 24hrs later it still wasnt credited so I emailed they support for then to say that my deposit was declined and allowed 5 business days for it to be back into my accountwell 20days and counting with every proof of bank statement theyve asked me Im yet to receive my deposit that was sent to this casino back into my account. So Im here to advice people to say away from this casino and believe every review on there.

Slow verification. Slow customer service. The verification process is painfully slow. Depositing is instant as usual with these poor run sites.The live chat is always too busy. Just another flashy casino with poor customer care. Avoid avoid avoid.1 week after I CLOSED my account they are still sending me emails looking for more verification docs.

Awful. Do not deposit believe the bad reviews. I was sceptical as had an ok experience until recently when using £50 bonus funds decided to do a little bonus hunt on low stakes . Won 150 on game for all bonus money to disappear from this and every other game I had saved I know its not cash but its the principle now. Proof sent still waiting since 18th November for other department to contact me. DO NOT use this casino! They are AWFUL! I wish I read the reviews before joining! I withdrew £1800 sent them all documents. They’ve asked for pictures of my bank card several times which I have game them! They will do anything to delay winnings! They want to know the ins and outs of everything what’s your neighbours dogs name? BEWARE!!!
