Could be a Fun Game but Ruined by Greed.

The game itself would be a fun game if not for the greed and rigged timers. If you really want to progress you have to spend money. Some say they don’t spend but it’s hard to believe if they are progressing. It’s really very psychologically damaging game for your mind. The Old Junes Journey was a fun game but Playtika is the owner of Wooga now and have destroyed the game and its fun. Very stressful and deceptive. So I would advise not even beginning to play this game unless you are really bored and just check in every now then to play.

Its outrageous how they keep…

Its outrageous how they keep increasing the number of compasses needed to open a new territory. Where Im at right now its at 85. Its clear that you need to pay to keep playing the game in a productive way.

It’s an OK fun game

I play this game for a relaxing diversion and have never spent a penny. The challenges are fun and decorating your island is entertaining. Lots of ads - true - but I just turn my attention to something else while they are playing. It’s one of the better games that you can keep completely free.

Its Fun But Can Be Expensive

I enjoy the hidden object gameplay. I dislike the need to pay to play. It works best playing in teams but in order to be a good team player you need to purchase things to advance. If you dont youll be seen as a parasitic teammate with other members shouldering the weight to complete a task to advance ahead of other teams. There are too many things going on at once. There are too many pop-up messages when you are trying to hurry back to the cafe to collect a coffee. Contacting support is really a waste of time.

Look For Another Game.

If you want to watch ads almost every step you take and spend ridiculous amounts of real moneythis is the game for you.Was a great game but now it is stressful..I have played for yrs but so much has changed.They have taken away most ways of advancing to win the biggest prize since I startedlowered prizes by heapslots of side games now which you have to play if you want the rewardsmind blowing prices to purchase things you wantmany glitchescomplaints of double charges taken from bank accountstactics to make everything as hard as possible now trying to force you to spend money to get what you used to just by playing.Now is a very stressful game/expensive game.Complaints ignored or not addressed properly.I would not recommend this game and this is all my own opinion from what I have read and experienced.You end up watching more ads then playing.

Thrilling

I like this game Junes Journey! It’s enjoyable to keep your mind distracted when needed. I have no complaints. I have so much fun decorating all my islands; the challenges are so exciting!!Bravo to Wooga 🎺. I respect and appreciate how the game is designed and managed. It’s brilliant. I love the game BUT...

I love the game. But 18 seconds for detective partners insures you dont have to pay out too many rewards. It makes me mad wastes my time and it makes me want to quit playing completely. For now I will never play that game again its supposed to be fun not frustrating as hell.

If you loose your account by switching devices - you’re f******

I LOVED this game. I was at level 400. I tried moving it to my son’s iPad and my progress was wiped. I have tried THREE times to restore my account. I keep getting a closure email for the ticket with no explanation of if I can recover my account. I am so disappointed. I am not willing to start from 0 and redo 400 levels. If you would like me to change this review then contact me and restore my account. Otherwise this app just wants your money and doesn’t care. I say this because I kept buying diamonds and packages. Why don’t you just say ‘sorry we can’t find the account’ rather than this rubbish?

This game isnt worth playing

JJ has its fun components but essentially this is a game run for profit and that takes precedence over everything else. Despite making money on the many ads youre forced to watch if you want to play the game is skewed so that you must spend money in order to win at many of the offered games. I understand that this is a business but they go overboard on pushing you to buy. I bought a few things a couple months ago and then saw prices go up and more pushed at me which made me STOP buying. Lately Ive been seeing side games get harder and/or a decrease in the prizes given. For example Detectives Cabin went from 20 flowers to completing three checks down to 10 flowers. The Perfume game gave prizes at levels 3/6/9/12 but now is at levels 3/7/11/14. There are occasional glitches too. After twice having the Help Wanted fail to give a prize for moving up a level I contacted JJ and was basically told that I must have made a mistake. I explained my process to show I did not make a mistake and then suggested I should speak to someone else but was told the case was closed. Since then the same glitch has happened a third time. This could be a wonderful fun game but they are ruining it. Its unfortunate. I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

If you havent played it...dont start

They have one of the worst customer services which considering how many bad ones there are this is bad. Often times when they change things they wind up with glitches and it can make you lose some of your resources. If you write to the company its too bad we cant help you. They also charge different prices for the same thing....I might be able to get something for $1.99...another person may get it for $5.99. If you are a frequent buyer they tend to charge you more. Sometimes their wording on things are very vague and misleading.

Its been ruined by greed

I have been playing Junes Journey since its launch. It is no longer fun and is now very expensive. The side games are more akin to gambling where real money must be used with no guaranteed outcome. It never used to be like that. You are forced to watch a 40 second advert with each completion of a game which can be as much as 9 adverts for every 30 minutes played and that just kills any fun. Other things I have noticed are subtle political and social agenda injected into the game and that has stopped me from reading the stories which are part of the adventure. The graphics are great but the game is now a nightmare that absolutely discriminates against the elderly and the disabled by forcing scene finishing times as low as 17 seconds.

This game doesn’t let you complete…

This game doesn’t let you complete Snippets or rewards. I have been playing daily to get coins do I can purchase Cozy Cottage. I have 3 days left and I don’t think I will be able to get it on time because they made it too high to purchase it. This game gives you very little awards and ask for a lot of money to purchase things. They out too much Deja vues all the time for snippets. Very greedy game. I notified the game about this and nothing has changed.

Greed of developers too much

Greed of developers too much! After a few years of being a loyal player I have started to hate the sheer cost and greed of playing for fun. My algorithum is set for over £50 for more diamonds etc. I dont mind investing £20 or so once every few weeks but this is ridiculous. Also all the weighting of the game is contrived so you cant complete without spending on more diamonds. I feel like a total idiot and am researching other games and am leaving!!

The most greedy game around

The most greedy game around. Used to be so much fun. Now its just a constant pressure to spend $$. If you play well you arent rewarded but they make it harder and harder to compete without pay for play. Wooga have totally ruined this experience with their greedy money grubbing behaviour. Dont even bother downloading this game unless youre prepared to be hassled for money. And the amount of side games that they report to give you to add to the fun and player experience are impossible to complete without cashing up. 5 year loyal customer...Im out.

The ads are horrible and too long. I resent the way the plot is turning and don’t like the political undertones. Because of this I refuse to solve the cases any longer.

A Really Terrible Player-Unfriendly Game!

Clearly one of the most player-unfriendly games on line. Just about everything is wrong with this game. So many better choices available that are stimulating challenging and actual fun Apart from beautiful artwork Junes Journey is a boring agonizingly slow-w-w game with the poorest reward system one could imagine. Insulting and offensive to its potential players. Be warned.Steer clear!

Wooga is killing a great game because of their greed. It is ridiculous how much it costs to play this game. Will continue as much as I can but will not spend more money until they seriously lower their prices

I played Junes Journey for 2+ years

I played Junes Journey for 2+ years. I am over 18. I got a notice that I was underage and the game deleted my game. I contacted support and they took over 2 weeks to get back with me. Then they couldnt correct the problem my progress was deleted but they could give me my stars back ... I still havent heard from them and its been over 2 months since the problem started. Boo Hiss to customer support.My overall rating for this game is the adds are way more than 2 minutes and they are constantly wanting you to buy something. Free is one thing harassment is another. I am ashamed I wasted 3 hrs a day for more than 2 years and no one is able to correct their mistake.

The game where you partner up is no good when your partner never plays and you cannot get rid of them. The time of 17secs is not enough when you do not have an active partner. The game needs some changes to it.
