Just want to provide an update.It has now been 72 hours which is the maximum timeframe to wait for a withdrawal to be processed. I was promised by the team once it reached this timeframe to reach out and it’d be escalated was told by myVIP manager it’d be escalated and surprise surprise it still hasn’t been actioned and when I’ve asked the support team to now escalate this they’ve given me the same message you get all l the time “withdrawals are processed manually bla bla bla please give it some more time” I’ve waited the maximum time frame I shouldn’t have to wait even longer!!!Please STAY AWAY from this casino!!I am a regular player at this casino. At first my experiences have been great won decent amounts and cashed out sometimes within the same day.This time and experience however has been the opposite I received a cashback bonus and played and ended up winning close to $6000 so I requested a withdrawal a few hours lately received and email stating that it was cancelled and more then half of the balance was taken. I was never advised in the past that you can only win up to x10 amount of the cashback you receive although it was a bit of a blow I was still able to withdraw $2000 so I requested requested the withdrawal. This withdrawal request was two days ago and as I am writing this it is still sitting in a reserve status. I have reached out to support chat who just give me the same generic response have emailed my “vip manager” and it’s been a day and still no response. Really hoping that the withdrawal is processed within the mentioned timeframe of 72 hours. Quite disappointing experience overall.
