But this time around I went to redeem my little oh 100.00 and it has now been more then 3 weeks and the response I get back after 3 response to customer service is there having technical issues. Jeffbet customer service is appalling

Twice I have had issues with jeffbet. Once I won on a game but it cleared the funds so I didnt receive it. I contacted customer support but that was a waste of time. The skirt around the issue and dont resolve it. Now I have had another issue. The game I played was progressing until a fault occurred. I lost the progress on the bonuses after spending quite a bit of money on it. Again I contacted customer support. Answered all there questions. They completely turned my answers around and said everything was fine on their side. Im sure it was but not on my side. Scamming people. They dont resolve any issues. Stay away from this dreadful site
