Dont trust the positive reviews written about this site on Trustpilot. Not 90% but 100% of the positive reviews are part of the sites own plan to get high ratings on Trustpilot and get people to trust the site and invest in it. I requested a withdrawal about 8 days ago but different customer service reps gave me different excuses which made me even more suspicious. The sole purpose of this betting site is to rob people under the guise of gambling. You may have a chance to win on this site but you definitely wont have a chance to withdraw your winnings. Therefore I recommend that anyone considering investing in this site take my review into account. Youll understand what I mean once you make a profit and request a withdrawal

BEWARE

Never seen anything so infuriating PLEASE don’t bother with these guys. Looks fine at the start messages from support and the occasional free bonus I spent about 4k over a few days then all support disappeared. They then removed the bonus coins from the store meaning no rewards could be purchased they then removed the store altogether they removed any form of customer support chat then finally they removed the cooldown AND self exclusion options meaning you actually have to use nothing but your own willpower to not continue to deposit talk about dangerous.. I have emailed support and vip support I have contacted the WhatsApp I was given there’s no replies. I don’t know if it’s a total scam or just a company with drastic lack of resources or workers. Either way I have seen many a red flag and would recommend steering clear regardless of the 4 star rating they notoriously offer free games for positive reviews here (hence the 4.2 trustpilot rating) but they make people leave the review before using the service and then don’t actually give the games out. They also only award half of the bonuses you earn. And there is literally no customer support available it is not even vaguely monitored.Consider yourselves warned guys.. just pick another casino. I’ve had better luck with rocketplay if anyone’s looking for a more legit option.And seriously trustpilot?? I came here to find out about these guys before I signed up and found nothing but positive reviews - you should also be more aware when companies are bribing consumers to input inaccurate data and reviews on your website to satisfy a gambling addiction it honestly puts the integrity of your entire platform to question..
