I am one of those players. They refused to transfer over my 5000 that was outright stolen from betodds account over one year ago. Stay the HELL away from these criminals. Your money is as good as gone once you sent it. They dismiss their theft as rightful due to unproven syndicate and sharp nonsense just an excuse to not pay you steal from you in every which way pad their salaries stealing any way they can to stay afloat. Thats 100% their business model. Lose and they win win or and they steal. Whenever they feel like it. Win-win for them. They are the most corrupt criminal and shameless void of a moral compass pathetic excuse for humans on the planet. All the information of their theft is available on all the sportsbook forums (non-biased) such as bmr. Zero integrity and trustworthiness...you have better luck mailing your money somewhere in an envelope and retrieving it than sending funds to these super cyber criminals. And they STILL get away with it. Used to be a good company now are scammers that will steal your funds and not pay your winnings. Phil will call you when you lose but as soon as you win they wont even pay your winnings. Stay far away from these scammers

Jazz was great at one time

Jazz was great at one time. That time is not now. They are under new management and that new management is apparently telling employees to make jazz look worthless. They will find some reason to delay your payout. Its going to happen. They are operating under the assumption that they will go bankrupt sometime soon. So they are just trying to last as many days as possible. Good luck.

Theyve regressed badly

Been with Jazz for a few years. They started out Okay but have fallen off a cliff w/ new management. Their casino now is highly glitchy. System boots me out every couple hands & dealer is always getting a blackjack & making a hand. At one point I lost 6 hands in a row. Dealer gets 5 blackjacks to my 1. Id stay away from Jazz as theyve regressed big time.

Despite advertising $2500 payouts once a week they have been paying $1k every 5 weeks.Today 35 days after requesting a $1k payout I was told they are changing btc processors and all payouts are delayed.Sounds more like they may be going out of business.

Been betting with jazz for several months.Finally was able to request a payout two weeks ago. I was worried because of all the bad things I had heard about jazz paying out. Requested a $2500 bitcoin payment and actually received it on Saturday four days later. I feel fortunate to have been paid probably won’t do business with them anymore.

Incredibly bad payout process

Incredibly bad payout process. If you are identified as a winning bettor they will limit your payout to $1000 and say it takes up to 20 (Yes TWENTY!) days to pay. I have already been waiting over a week for my first payout. That is after having it delayed twice for another 10 days because they didnt inform me I was subjected to a lower than normal limit. Terrible communication! Limits are low and betting options are removed if they think you are a winning bettor.

Stay away!!!! This sportsbook will intentionally delay your withdrawals for as long as possible so they never pay you. Happened to me many times but like an idiot I stuck with them. They have this guy named Phil Akon which supposedly handles the “VIP players”. This guy is the worst!!!! He made promises to me that he never kept. He stays in communication with you when you’re losing but as soon as you start winning weird things begin to happen. For example I would communicate via a text message with him but as soon as I was up over 15k he started telling me he was only able to receive messages but not reply. He started saying there was a problem with their “carrier” and were trying to fix the problem (but never did). The purpose of this is so done so he doesn’t help you with the withdrawals and keep you gambling. If you stop then they will reduce your withdrawal limits to peanuts so you’re forced to keep on playing. There is just too many negative things about this sport book that I would never recommend anyone deposit any money. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

I have accounts with Jazz Sports and Loose Lines. They are owned by the same company. I have had accounts with them for over 5 years. They do have new ownership and they were honest with me when I called and asked the details.Long story short is they continue to pay and I use them. They did limit me to $1000 from $2500 but I have been paid 10k in the last month. Company is bankrupt and just closed my account with 46K in the account. I hit a few big future bets early on and they we paying me 1k a week for a while then 1k a month for a while. Now the account is closed and they are stealing the funds. Please avoid this sportsbook at all costs.

Please google gambling911 and jazzsports for multiple articles on jazzsports non payments.Jazz has recently started confiscating peoples balances and stopped paying winners.They blame the previous owners for cooking the books. I.e They bought a company that was bankrupt and in major debt with no liquidity to cover debts.

After getting wager limited and banned from placing player props after 2 weeks I eventually decided to withdraw my money. Instead of giving me the money they told me that they were going to return my initial deposit and that I wouldnt receive the rest of the money ($1000) due to not diversifying bets. I dont know how theyre allowed to do this because its essentially stealing. They took money away from me just because I won and now they dont want to pay it. Im sure they wouldnt have cared about the rule if I had lost the money.

Avoid using this site. They tell you that they take 20 business days to process your withdrawal request. After 30 days have passed they expire your previous request and tell you that you have to make a new request to join a payment processing queue.Expect to never see your money if you ever manage to clear their rollover.

I am 10 days new with this sportsbook. On the 8th day they limited me on top of an enormous 15x rollover. AVOID THIS SPORTSBOOK. They do shady work to keep your money and slow down whatever you can bet with limits. $25 max on some bets on a new account is absolutely ridiculous.I am also new to the word of sportsbetting and being treated this way is not what I was expecting when I deposited money. Now it is stuck behind an enormous rollover and limits.

I have been with Jazz Sports for over two decades. The reason that I have been with them that long is because how easy they are to deal with. There online sports betting is very easy to navigate thru they also have a phone service with friendly clerks. There customer service is great. I have dealt a lot with a manager Nick who is always very helpful. No reason for me to look for other offshore books.
