Very downloadable and racist staff
Very downloadable and racist staff. My girlfriend and I have been at the hotel pool all day. As my girlfriend goes to our room again the receptionist shouts after her to go home to the country she comes from. (Latin America). When I go back and talk to the receptionist and ask why he has that behavior. He says we are not allowed to use hotel towels outdoors by the pool. Fair enough but it is perfectly normal to treat its guests with respect and talk to them. He just should have informed us of this and then the problem was solved. No need to be so disrespectful to his guests. He said several times that he was completely indifferent to his guests. Cant recommend this place to anyone.
