When it pays its really good some says are better than others. I think its q fair site been playing long enough and you wont win all the time. I enjoy playing on this site. Have been a heart bingo customer for about a week. Had one decent win. Seems to be the same people winning over and over in different bingo rooms however that isn’t the topic of my review today. One of the promotions ‘the emoji wheel’ allows you to opt in by playing £2 in bingo rooms. The very first time i did this a week ago the promotion popped up as available whilst i was in a bingo room waiting for a game to finish. I clicked on the pop up so i could spin the wheel there and then. It just kept loading and loading so i clicked off of it. Once my bingo game had finished i entered the promotions page and clicked on the emoji wheel only to find it saying i had already completed the promotion and could not spin the wheel. I wasn’t overly bothered. It was only a couple quid. Today however i opted in spent over £2 and claimed the promotion. The wheel spun and to my utter disbelief it landed on the £25 cash prize. Before i could even begin feeling any sense of joy a pop up came up on the screen saying ‘YOU HAVE WON 5 FREE BINGO TICKETS’. I beg your finest pardon?I wrote to the live chat and explained the situation Alan replied by asking if i had a screenshot of when it landed on the £25 cash. I said no obviously i did not expect this to happen. They said there is nothing they can do then. I made them aware that i wasnt expecting anything from the conversation other than answers as to why this happened. All i kept getting was ‘the back rooms are saying you won 5 tickets’. I said i understand that but why did it land on a different prize to the one i was given? I asked him repeatedly to please escalate the issue and have it reviewed properly but he refused. Alan must have got upset or gone on his break because he passed the chat to Cat (maybe just Alan with a wig?).Cat was just as helpful when it came to answering my questions. I repeatedly asked why they give customers false hope and what was even the point of the wheel if it is just going to give out any prize it likes despite the wheel landing on something different. She said the wheel is just visual. When i asked whether this is made clear to customers BEFORE they opt in and whether it is in their T&C’s Cat replied with ‘i dont know’. Amazing. If the wheel is just visual why was i asked for a screenshot of when it landed on the £25? Is it strictly visual or not? If so what was a screenshot going to change? I kept asking the same questions over and over ‘why give customers false hope just to disappoint them with a smaller/different prize’ ‘why not just scrap the wheel and give customers their ‘allocated’ prizes so people arent getting confused or disappointed when it lands on a different prize’ ‘why isnt this made clear before opting in’ ‘why bother having it land on £25 if customers wont actually receive that prize’ to which Cat would reply ‘you have won 5 tickets’ over and over and eventually said ‘im confused’ rather than answering the questions. Its always easier to act confused than to answer the actual questions. I know this because i used to do this when i was 5. AVOID FART BINGO!

Good luck trying to win in the bingo even with your free welcome offer its near impossible. All promotions for slots are an insult to the player they have low RTP versions of games. Much better sites out there dont waste your money here.

Scammed me with a fake bonus. I opted in for the bonus and met the wagering requirement of £10 on one of the selected games but it tells me I still have to wager £10 to get my free spins.
