Took advantage of their £10 bet offer.Met the qualifying requirements with no problem.Get told as soon as my bet was made that my free bet was cancelled. (not very good practice.)The staff member in the chat was reasonably rude. More not helpful than rude but it counts as the same thing when youve been ripped off.Wouldnt give a reason for the cancellation whatsoever.Read here that you need notarized documents to withdraw. If this is the case this website is a complete scam but I will edit with an update here.

Awful company

Awful company not interested in customers or fairness. Dont risk your money with them as they wont let you have it back without completely unreasonable request for notarised documents that cost up to £100

Deposited money my bet won and now they wont let me withdraw my £20 winnings without notarised documents from a solicitor which costs around £60.... which is completely unacceptable!

Really annoyed with this company

Really annoyed with this company. I opened a new account with them placed a £10 bet and qualified for their bet £10 and get a free £10 bet offer. They then refused to give me the free bet saying It is at the discretion of the casino when and to whom bonuses are added. It is the management’s decision to use this discretion and not allow any type of bonus on this account.I asked them to explain why they were refusing to give me the free bet and they just repeated the same statement. What a joke!

They do not honour promotions - stay clear!

Signed up to the UK version of this website and since I like a sports bet I have a punt on Iceland to win. This lost sadly however I noticed that they had a welcome offer bet £10 get £10 free bet - perfect I could have another punt. So I contacted live chat only to be told:Unfortunetaly the Freebet has not been credited to your account. As managment have decided that bonuses cannot be added to your accountThis is completely out of order the live chat person was completely unhelpful and refused to provide any other reason. I felt like a criminal yet all Id done is make an account and chuck a tenner bet on!
