Tried 3 cards rejected 11 times for 10k winnings

I won 10k tried to withdraw they said they need 30days to check with the games host to make sure it wasnt broken 30 days past I had to deposit £20 and wager £60 in bets before making a withdraw request bear in mind they told me not to play for the 30 days. They have rejected my request 11 times now saying technical issues Ive used natwest Lloyds Monzo and a mastercard they all get verified but failed to pay out... In fact my Monzo had an attempted outgoing transaction from them that it declined to defo they are a scam.

I managed to get winnings up to 1000 euro but when I went to with draw my winnings they said I had to activate my account by uploading numerous documents which they kept refusing because they said the quality wasnt good enough. I also couldnt withdraw because they said I was in a active bonus so had to keep playing until obviously I lost it all because I couldnt withdraw it. Bunch of dirty scammers

My Golden Mister Casino account (body.bogdan4u989was blocked on 31 July 2025 with a pending withdrawal of €1261.94.Before blocking my account I submitted all required KYC documents including my UK passport hospital discharge papers and payment proofs from Crypto.com showing deposits to the casino. Despite this my withdrawal request remains unpaid.The casino has refused to clearly explain what is “incorrect” with my documents and continues to delay payment. I have filed a formal complaint with Curaçao eGaming and will escalate this matter further if it is not resolved.Players should be aware that this operator appears to block accounts and withhold legitimate funds without valid reason.

I deposited £30 I then started winning but with the bonus I had to wager a large amount.Luckily for me I won a good amount.While the bonus was active I had a message pop up saying £2 limit while bonus is played.. so I thought fair enough that’s fine.Then the bonus was over I could wager as much as I liked. (Nothing daft) just a pound or so more.I reached to £2000 pounds so I thought that’s it that’s enough let’s withdraw.For a start the max withdrawal was £400 which threw a red light.Then I get an email saying you’ve broken the rules on the £2 limit so we’ve taken ALL you’re £2000 off you but as a good will left you’re £30 deposit.. wow thanks!!While the bonus was on it did say I can’t bet higher then £2 when the bonus had ended I never got one message saying anything about the £2 rule.Best of all I can’t take my £30 back because the min withdrawal is £100.Also wish I had read trust pilot first but they will make there money scamming and close it down. Make another site and go again.

I read people saying scam site it is not. Make sure you have a MASTERCARD to withdraw to. You have to get verified took me 24hours to do it all. Great customer sevice you can fast spin slots unlike uk and buy bonuses. Defo recomend but dont expect to withdraw on first day.Lots of bonuses with 45x wager not too sad.

You can deposit as much as you want but when it comes to withrawing your funds it will never happen.What is the tactic?You deposit from Visa or any other debit and in order to withraw you need a Mastercard.Scam doesnt end here!In order to withraw you add documents proving you own the card you have an address with that card back and front of card and they will simply play dumb asking for days and days of reviewing cancel your withraw request deny it and then you start over... they promise 36 hours and on and on you go.For me fortunately I have contacted gamblingcomission and resolver and they will fix it for me but I do not suggest you play here... it is just the biggest scam ever.

Eventually received my winnings

I deposited £20 got £25 as a bonus. Won hundreds of £. Tried to withdraw they told me I had to wager £1000 to be able to withdraw so I thought sod it I’ll just play. Kept winning and playing and then I had somehow managed to wager the £1000 and still had £761 in my account. It took 3 withdrawal attempts as my bank (Chase) won’t allow you to receive international payments). Used another card which again had to be verified but I did eventually get £400 back. Am now waiting for the rest to arrive as it takes them 36 hours to deposit your winnings. I will not be using them again but I did at least earn quite a significant amount hence the 4 stars. ONLY USE IF YOU HAVE A MASTERCARD & check your bank allows international payments before playing.
