Do not go anywhere near this site. It was happy to take my money but when I wanted to withdraw any money. It needed to be £100 or more. Once I had this amount I have tried over 2 years to withdraw my money.Now I have went to check how the process is and my account is no longer there. A complete robbing website and dont waste your money.

How can this so called Company improve? Take them out of the equasion by removing them from the internet and reporting hem to the ombudsman. They are a total rip off who pray on the vulnerable myself included. There are no self-exclusions time-outs etc because you have to go through customer support which is a joke because Customer supportdoesnt even answer emails. There is a 7 -21 day waiting for withdrawals? No!!! Thats what they say but they come back after 21 days explaining that there ewas a problem and put the withdrawal amount back into credit and it is a Catch 22 situation. They are similar to nuisance callers on the phone. Leave well alone and forget about the money youve lost but dont lose anymore. That is my advice and you might see positive reviews but are they genuine?

I need help with retrieving my funds form this casino ( Goldenlion.bet) I have been using them for a couple of years now without too much trouble . Great platform with good live casino . I have always got my withdrawals some taking longer then others but noting longer then nowI now have had a lucky streak and have over £14k to withdraw but now I’m finding that my withdrawal is stuck on Awaiting . I have done the whole contact live support and VIP account manager with the same response over and over . I know they state the process can take 7-21 working days but with this amount waiting to come back to me I’m getting more and more worried every day . I see that on a previous review that some funds were recovered from looking into the payment processors . If anyone can give me some advise on how to do this I would be forever greatfull. Chances are im jumping the gun as I’m still in the process time but waiting on this much money to come back to me is making me very nervous after reading so many recent bad reviews with the same issues.

If you search them on google you will see a comment at the bottom from the government noting that they are aware that this is an illegal casino. ‘Freya’ and ‘Mason’ ignore requests to self exclude. They are fraudulent so please avoid.

When betting they remove funds from the account balance and when I sent an email to fix this they dont do nothing! Please be aware!!! Ive also asked numerous time to close my account but they dont! Ill start by saying that this company are a joke however I have now had my withdrawal paid out so im hoping you all get yours sorted and Ill tell you how it happened. Id been playing on the Sportsbook and after a win I went to withdraw about £90. This was the start of the frustrations similar to how everyone else has been struggling. I requested this in June 2025 and nothing for months. I actually gave up on it due to the small amount. I then went to check on it yesterday (30th October) and had seen that the money was back in my balance and withdrawal cancelled. I subsequently spoke to them on their chat system and asked why and they said something generic about security. Then I went through the rigmarole of getting someone to transfer the balance over to Casino (because they no longer offer a sportsbook) before I could withdraw again. The first time I withdrew it was only SEPA as an option this time their was an option for cyrpto and as I have an account with cyrpto features I used this option to withdraw. I requested that at 22:50 on the 30/10 and I just got confirmation that the amount reached my crypto account at 14:44 (31/10). Yes ill lose some money in fees but it was worth it to settle this. Will never use them again though. Hope everyone else sorts their issues out with them.

Do not touch this site will allow you to deposit as much as you want when it comes to withdrawing you will never receive it. My initial withdrawal for £800 went through on 15/08/2025 and I haven’t heard anything since. The live chat gives you the same automated response every week ‘finance team is experiencing high volumes of withdrawals’ and ‘we’ll write to our finance team’. Has anyone taken them to court? They are literally stealing and refusing payouts.
