I w tried withdrawing for another 4 sites that are dodgy 4 months and waiting on galaxy spins 3 and Mr thrills

I ve tried withdrawing for a week on here another 4 months tried bank transfer and bitcoin on another site now and still saying wait for me Ive sent my Id stuff to galaxy spins3 scam must be because thee other sites owe me 1200 and getting nowhere how are these scam sites allowed to run?

Absolutely shocking casino do not use them under any circumstances. They will let you deposit whatever you want but if you try and withdraw good luck receiving your money. If I could give zero stars I would. These not on Gamstop casinos are scum and praying on the vulnerable. It might be hard to not gamble but spend your money elsewhere.

Withdrawal wait time ludicrous

Waited a week so far for a withdrawal and when questioned about what stage it is at I just keep getting generic useless and impersonal responses. Quick to zap money for a deposit but when it comes to fair winnings then they shy away. Will update with the outcome but as it stands I would avoid completely.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs ! I originally commenced a withdrawal back in September after sending tens of emails the only responses I received were cut and paste delaying tactics. These included vigorous security checks backlogs and other lies. I also chased my withdrawal via web chats but customer assistance was useless they are obviously out sourced and have no idea whats really happening with my withdrawal. Again they used the same cut and paste responses (once I received a reply relating to a gaming issue which had obviously been pasted into the wrong window) these were repetitive and often rehashed the same responses relating to work load and security. They often told me to email support (who seldomly replied and never with any useful updates) or would say they have escalated the issue with finance and it will be given priority attention but never was. Eventually after 3 months of chasing the money returned into my account balance so i chose a different method of withdrawal with fingers crossed. This time after 40 days of chasing I decided to cancel my withdrawal and spent the lot in order to close my account with no outstanding balance. So I have no idea where these scammers are based so I could not take it any further. Customer services would often end the chat abruptly be generally rude unhelpful and antagonistic. Youve probably arrived on Trust Pilot too late and have already been stung by this gaming site - if not avoid GalaxySpins dont let the slick profession web site look fool you these people are literally bandits.

Not Scam Casino - Its MAFIA!

Completely unreliable casino winning is impossible thats a fact. Aside from that I had myself self-excluded over six months ago but I still receive at least three emails and three SMS every week. Ive sent them probably 20 messages over time asking them to stop but they ignore everything. Can anyone help me? Who can I turn to?

Same useless messages from customer service chat with no real answer.100% SCAM site and will never deposit again and warn everyone I can to stay away from the site!! Quick enough to take money but no intentions of paying out!!!

Past the 21 stated working day withdraw time and the continual message is we are conducting our usual security procedures we will email you if we need more information.No emails yet. Some long security procedures.Keep in mind this does not include weekends and holidays so more like 30+ days.

Scam site

Scam site! They took money out of my account that I did not authorize. Bank statement says NIGERIA. I had 3 transactions £20-£30 each come out!! Reported as fraud to my bank and had to cancel my card.

Day 30 of not being paid out. Put in £20 won £200...lucky I didnt win anymore because you can only win 10x your deposit amount. Asked chat how long its going to take they said be patient it takes 7-21 working days then she got bored and ended the chat. Ive surpassed the 21day limit so went back to chat but apparently Ive got to be even more patient. Edit. Been paid today took a while but at least they pay out.

Awful. If u get a bonus on this site. You will win like a 3x etc. Ive emailed and been chatting to chat about closing account and just get ignored! Or they give u money to spend just to make u play. I even Unsubscribed from emails and Im still getting them?. Such a scam site leave alone.

DO NOT DEPOSIT absolute scam site deposited won tried to withdraw said between 7 to 21 days ! Then it cancelled the withdrawal. Chat agent cant be ar**ed and closes chst mid conversation. Took ages to close account and to top to it off subsequent to account closure fraudulent transactions on my bank - reported and card cancelled

Steer clear dont join up

Wouldnt recommend this site to anyone. Its hard to win anything and withdrawal is a joke. I withdrew £100 on 14th of April waited almost a week just to see withdrawal had been cancelled then put back into pending on the 18th Ive emailed and gone on live chat just to be told nothing they can do Ive just gotta wait well today is 24th and its still stuck in allocated / pending. Got to point that I obviously aint gonna see this payment.
