Scammers!Do not open an account with Cosmobet. They send promo offer which they do not give. I had an experience when I received an email mentioning to give an extra 100% deposit after depositing the amount. The extra amount was deposited to the games section although it explicitly mentioned in the email that the deposit was referred to Sport. I contacted customer service and after more than 2 hours they did not managed to help me. I was on contact with someone called Tobyas who kept changing his mind giving me wrong solutions. Absolutely the worst betting site I ever used as well as customer service.ONCE AGAIN DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH COSMOBET THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Starts off ok with Cosmobet with small wins then all you get is empty spins deposited £200 this weekend and won nothing. Since an upgrade to site not won a thing?Sadly I only achieve small wins under £100 you dont seem to win a big prize no matter how often I play! All my spins now are dead spins no winning spins! 🥺I did give Cosmobet a 5 star review but now I have downgraded review to a 1 star. I would give no stars if I could this site is nothing but scammers. Doesn’t let you on the site half the time your money stars to disappear. And every time it hits a bonus the screen completely blacks out. Tried speaking to them on live chat but they then stop your messages going through 5 different agents all cut the chat off. They was redirecting me to all different sites. I messaged them and why it was happing all they said was use a VPN.Then all of a sudden my passwords had been compromised and malware.Also when you pay by bank transfer it does not go to them directly it goes through transfer wise so they try make it hard to claim your money back what they have stole.DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COSINO.

Shocking site. Stay away. Set up to swindle money off you. I put £20 in for bonus of £30 free bet. My fault for not reading the small print but had to wager total £750 (15× the combined deposit n free bet) before can withdraw. Did that and was over £500 up. Trying to withdraw was nightmare and then when finally sorted it could only get out £200 and they kept the £308 as they only pay out on 10x deposit. Geared up to tie u in knots rob you and kick you in the plums. Shocking all round!
