It honestly feels a bit like a betrayal after being such a loyal player.I still prefer both Celebrino and its sister casino and hope this can be sorted out. Besides this recent issue my overall experience has been very positive and enjoyable.

WORST WEBSITE EVER.They steal your money.DONT USE THIS! I deposited 100€ and got them all fine. Then I lost them and deposited 100€ more but the transaction failed. But they charged the 100€ in my bank. They were not reserved but charged. Contacted their bullshit ai generated costumer service but they say they haven’t received them after 7 days writing back and forward sending them multiple bank statements of the transaction.ONE BIG SCAM
