Delaying withdrawls and answers rejecting withdrawls after month got asked to do verification(additional) and now waiting more than month to be procesed after that i can make withdrawl and will be waiting for reviewing of that who knows how long.Not getting notifications of rejections had to ask everything by myself obviously thy dont want you to get your money.

Utterly terrible experience. Deposit amount came through twice in wrong currency. Both times for different amounts from different companies. I’d be extremely surprised if this was a legit business. My advice report to your bank request your account and personal details to be removed and ask for confirmation in writing of the above. Be on guard the first 6 reviews on here were of the same nature. 1 star same issues. Frustrated at myself for this lapse in judgment I should have researched better!!

The worst casino online Ive ever used. Stay away its a scamonce you sign up and select a bonus you are screwed. I started with 20 euro and got a 20 euro bonus little did I know that every time you deposit money goes directly into your bonus credit and you cant cash anything from there until you use up 700 euro (as in my case 35 times the bonus). All Other companies allow you to sign out from the bonus. Also you need to wager the 700 euro within a specific time frame otherwise you will loose everything. I have many other casino online accounts but this one is by far the one that I certainly would stay away. I signed up because I wanted to support an Irish business but really I dont think theyll go too far scamming their customers especially knowing that there are undress of online casinos out there and competition is very high. Once you get a new customer youd want try to keep them and get them to trust you but not here... They treat you like scum ... I ended up using up my 80 euro left in my account in a rush to close my account so that I dont have to deal with them anymore ...and funny things is that assume Id won 700 Eur... Id have to spend it all before I could start withdrawing from my account I couldnt believe it souch that I asked Yolanda (the lady on the online chat) to explain it to me 3 times... Just stay away and read other feedbacks
