So i have started playing this game and i won a bit of money. When i went to redeem my winnings i needed to be verified. I have used multiple documents. Drives license government mail documents etc live verification and after 7 try’s i still get denied. I have emailed the company sumsub that does the verification and they replied back saying that casino go controls who is denied and approved. I feel like they keep denying my verification so i can not collect my money
