Made a withdrawal of 300 euros and afterwards took a 2 week timeout. Now I received an email my withdrawal has been cancelled and after engaging support they tell me that they cannot process withdrawal during the timeout process yet I received an email from captain spins clearly stating that I can.I have yet to have a succesfull withdrawal from this site and after reading the comments I am starting to think I have just been hustled. Cannot recommend this site and my advice is steer well clear and find another casino to spend you well earned money on.Too update Captain Spins have now paid me in full after some back and forther with Support via email. In all fairness the support guy Floyd was very responsive and I can definitely give a thumbs up to support via email. It is a shame that withdrawals longer than normal and something they should really address

Liked the games but withdrawals take too long. Once you request a withdrawal you get an email saying it stays pending for 24-48 hours....4 days later I am still waiting for it to be processed and approved..seems like nothing is happening at all with the accounts department :( heres hoping it gets sorted soon!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I tried to withdraw my money via the usual method of PayPal like I do every time I use captain spins. Somehow this time the option to withdraw via PayPal had gone from my account. So the unbelievable shambles starts with contacting customer service. In short I was told they didnt know why I couldnt withdraw and escalated my query to IT department. (Days later still no reply) so I contact them again. This time I was advised they were still waiting to get feedback on my query. I was then advised I could deposit via bank card and then withdraw all funds back to that card. I thought ok hopefully this will get my money into my bank a bit quicker. Unbelievably the next day instead of paying me the funds they actually took the money out my account. Yes they stole money out of my account instead of paying it in. So now Im down double. Obviously angry I then have to get back in touch. What a waste of my time this was I explained my case again only to be met with a brick wall. Zero help whatsoever infact quite the opposite. To cut a very long story short. I was told I needed to provide proof that they had messed up by sending a full bank statement. I explained that my bank statement was not even due to be processed by my bank for another 2 weeks. Their answer- cant & wont do anything about it until we see the full statement & even then it could take them up to 48hrs to investigate it. My bank gave me an authorisation code for the transaction to be instantly traced but captainspins refused to even check. Saying the same thing over and over again cant & wont do anything about it until we see the full statement. Denying me the option to withdraw my money is bad enough but to then totally mess up the withdrawal by stealing my money is unforgivable. What a disgrace this company is treating paying customers like this. I sincerely hope the gambling commission takes my complaint seriously because this should not be allowed to continue. There are plenty of online casinos to choose from and many of them are competant captainspins.com is not one of those sites. Think long and hard before you sign up to these theives.

I can also confirm that captin spins is a scam. Dont expect to see any money at all even if you are a verified player. 2 weeks of waiting for any kind of response or the money to be deposited however I heard absolutely nothing from them. when contacting them through live chat all you get is excuses and scripted responses especially when u mention withdrawal status. Just not on stay away guys. Your hard earned cash is better spent elsewhere.
