Usual story you get a decent couple of £1000+ wins then it seems like a limit is put on your account where you suddenly stop getting any wins apart from £2-£3 and the fun and excitement is gone. 1 game was so severely limited it was more like it was broken as the bonus would not trigger at all despite spending over £900 on it.

Each set of free spins has its own wagering limits. I could not complete the wagering for my day 1 set of 20fs and i cancelled that set. Then i was not credited next set of 20FS for day 2. Upon checking with the support I was told since i cancelled the partial bonus your entire bonus package is cancelled.What a stupid and non-sense term and condition. If each set of FS has separate wagering rule then why would cancelling that set would cancel the entire package? Dont understand why would you make such terms and conditions? I have been playing online casinos since many years. I can give examples of other platforms where they add free spins in daily sets. Example: Nine Casino Nine win jokabet etc. But they would not cancel the entire bonus if you cancel one set of FS because that does not make any sense.I requested to close my account as there is no point wasting time if there is no clarity or transparency of terms and conditions.I hope they take customer feedback seriously dont think they will as I see most of the reviews are 1* still had to share for others:-)

Absouloutely outrageously awful .Not a Good quality fair casino and games are awful and never land Anything and the bonuses landing are even worse they either do not land or it gives you peanuts . Do not ever use this bad excuse of a casino. It took a week for my deposit to land in my account. By then I’d already had enough of them so I tried to withdraw the money straight back out. First they only do international bank transfers. Secondly they failed my withdrawal because you have to wager x3 of your deposit before you can withdraw. The deposit did not include any bonus it was my money that they wouldn’t give back. Thirdly you have to upload so many documents an abnormal amount compared to legit casinos.Sta well clear!

This company have a policy set out for responsible players that they cannot seem to follow. Live chat are unable to help with setting limits of account closure so tell you to email support. I have done this several times with no reply. Quite happy to take your money but drag their heels when it comes to wanting to set limits. After reading other reviews it seems many others have had the same experience. They are then told that to close the account takes time and they have to go through verification stages. If this were true then why have i never experienced this with casinos before. Setting limits or account closure should be instant! I even had live chat try and change my mind about setting limits! I played on Britsino with high hopes

I played on Britsino with high hopes especially after a couple early wins. I had a significant payout of few thousand and then won £6000 on big bets but the platform abruptly blocked me the next morning. After being unblocked I tried to withdraw £2000 increments multiple times but each request was rejected. I kept playing hoping things would turn around and eventually lost everything I had. I now believe this site is operating unfairly and may be a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing or playing here.

I would have loved to have written something positive here.As someone that gambles regularly for many years. I’m no stranger to the verification process. This sites is horrendous. After having my withdrawal transactions cancelled 4/ 5 times I binned my last £1000 and gave up.I promise you it is not worth your mental health and stress. Especially after you win and can’t withdraw. I can’t seem to show screenshots on here but I would. One email states I’ve correct documents and it’s all cleared and then an hour later the transaction was cancelled again.

This is a site where games are good but if you can’t get verified then you can receive any monies won!!!! Avoid and if you do mention to gain verification well done! Stay well away from this site. They do not adhere to resonsible gambling. I had asked the live chat to closevmy account and they said email the cadino so i did this 3 times and they didnt close it. I also had a conversation with someone on live chat and she adjed me if i thought i nay have a gambling problem and i said if this account is not closed it coukd end up that way.They let me keep depositing until today when they finally closed it after i asked for a refund of todays deposits.This site needs to be avoided at all cost they dont care about anyones wellbeing.

Terrible company. Withdrawal was cancelled with no explanation. Slots rarely hit the bonus on games compared to other sites. Unable to close my account despite requesting this 4 times. Over 2 weeks waiting so far. Would nit recommend.
