I claimed the first deposit bonus which was a text sent by the site itself. I was suppose to receive 250 Free spins as per part of the deposit bonus. I went to claim a bonus that was available which was not part of the first deposit bonus. I don’t think its part of the first deposit bonus batch of free spins. After I played the spins the bonus money was gone and so was the bonus. I went to chat to an agent and apparently I was banned from reciting or using any bonus per administrative decision. I asked for a reason because I don’t think I broke any rules from their terms and conditions (I played I lost I cancelled the bonus and used the other bonus available.). I asked them why and apparently they don’t have to explain to you why they are banning you from any bonus use!
