I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Betano. While they had no issues accepting my deposits the verification process became a nightmare as soon as I tried to withdraw my funds. They rejected my ID and bank statement four times citing non-existent reasons (claiming they werent clear or the format was wrong) even though the documents are perfectly legible.

This business (If you can call it that) is a total scam. I opened an account with all my personal details and bank details and they closed my account and confiscated my funds ( without any reason given) when I contacted them to request a DSAR as well as ask that a complaint being logged this raised they refused. The account which I paid from has my salary credited (From my employment in Financial crime. I shall be raising my own investigation into systematic business fraud/theft. Avoid this business like the plague. To be continued from a legal perspective
