I thought the site has some really good games and is easy to deposit. They offer great bonuses it really has potential to be a good site.The reason for the 1 star is they havent allowed me the withdraw ever 😅 firat it was verifaction reasons which is fine. I sorted all that. But now they just send the same email everytime blamming tenichal issues ... as i have mentioned in emails to the company should this be sorted and me able to withdraw id happily give this a high rating but the main reason i play on gambling sites is to win money but that doesnt seem possible here.

Ive been playing on bass win for a while received a few payments and then the problems started. 3 payments totalling €600 never made it too my bank. Did everything they asked up to date statements showing payments hadnt gone through letter from the bank more statements and every time I did what they asked they came up with something else I needed to do. Extremely unhelpful. my bank advised doing a forward trace but they said they couldnt do that without the relevant paperwork from the bank which the bank cannot provide. Went round and round in circles for months have given up of ever getting the payments. Stay well away from this site

Finally won 800 euros went to withdraw and I could only take 400. So I withdrew 400 left 400 in and started playing with the balance. I then checked on the withdrawl and it had been rejected. I asked customer service why and they said by playing with funds I had left it had reversed the withdraw request and then I used all my funds. I didnt. Any other casino only the player can reverse a withdraw request. How are these guys allowed to operate in the UK. Scam Scum

Being verified takes a good while. I would suggest you do it on setting up your account. Customer service was very helpful when I was having issues having my account verified due to no longer having the card I initially used to deposit. Withdrawal was in my account same day it was accepted.

Will pester you with phone calls and emails about “bonuses” that will pester you to deposit of course. However much you feel the need to gamble.
