Complete Scam! Absolutely a rip off! I won $50. They refused to pay out claiming i had multiple accounts with the same IP which is bullcrap. The customer support is absolutely useless. They dont understand anything you say and keep repeating the same generic template responses. Denzel and Steve. Were completely incompetent. They kept transferring me back and forth on the chat. Not that hard to give and find a simple answer

Ok so I went on quick play because I didnt have an acct yet. I received the free $20. I played it and I was doing pretty good I was at $84. I then went to create an acct so I can redeem later on. I had so much trouble creating an acct I got a message saying it had to be 6-15 digits long and then a different message saying it had to be 6-24 letters and or numbers. It wasnt even specific if it was the acct name or password. I tried every which way and nothing. So I got out of there and messaged them. I was told to create a new acct. Well that money just disappeared into thin air. I explained this like 5x to whoever I was messaging and I could not get a simple answer.
