Put a small deposit on and got myself a baksnce of £95. Tried to withdraw 50 but there is a £100 minimum withdrawal. Then that £50 was taken from my balance anyway and after emailing them the first time they said I had played through the money. On the second email I attached a screenshot of my transactions showing I had not played through the money and they said it was due to there being a bonus that expired. I didnt take a bonus....Avoid this casino at all costs

Had a month out. Balance in my account was £500.23. Account due to open up again on 24 October. Wanted to withdraw and get rid of this company as had to change my bank card. £500 was gone balance was 23p. How do we close this terrible company down and have them prosecuted. Exactly the same as the previous reviews i have been waiting 18days for my payment. Contacted them a few times and they say it has been sent and to contact my bank. My bank can find no evidence of payment being made. Do not use this casino!Update - eventually got the money paid into my account on the 6th October!

Still waiting for monies I withdrew nearly 2 weeks ago. Numerous chase up emails with responses stating the monies will be in my account as soon as possible yet still nothing. Can anyone advise if this site is legit i.e having provided my personal details for verification etc I have been patient with them & I expect to receive the funds next week or I will have to go through my bank.

I signed up to this company two days ago and deposited money which I now have 6000 sat in despite sending verification details and numerous emails they havent responded once I have now submitted a complaint to the curaçao gambling board stay away from this site.

I made 2 separate withdrawals waited for a week and nothing so I emailed them 20 times and my final email had said if you dont pay up my bank and the IGR will investigate youLow and behold they paid up both amounts in the space of 7days It was hard work mind I would not recommend anyone to use them. They are quick to debit your money but not willing to pay any winnings

Scammed for £6000

I deposited £6000. My balance is sitting there at £6000. Made a mistake of sending my ID. The withdrawl button does not work not because account is not verified but because it is a dummy site only takes deposits. After sending them tons of emails they replied to me stating they now need my bank statement and more ID. I have now cancelled my passport and driving licence. The chance of them rerurning my money are 0. Within 2 months they will move on to their new website. My suspicions are nigerian/chinese or russian. If anyone reading this has any information i will be grateful. Like most it is my own fault for doing the (non gamstop search). I broke 3 years of abstaining and my savings are all gone.
