I got a bonus code. On my betting slip it was already pre-filled telling me i need to make required deposit of 1500 euros to get the bonus activated for a 700 euros free bet. I deposited 1500 euros and suddenly the bonus code disappeared and when i put it there manually it said that the code is not valid. I feel scammed and robbed because i couldnt even withdrew that 1500 euros deposit without wagering and alomg the way of wagering i lost like 90% of the deposit what would npt happen without that fake bonus code.

To be absolutely honest stay away from 22bet.com. it is easy for people including myself to give 1 star to companies and to be honest I wasnt going to do it but being lied to and the lack of help from everyone in the so called customer service chat I feel like I dont have a choice but to give the 1 star. So here is what I am dealing with I deposited an amount using 1 method of deposit I now want to withdraw funds but the same method isnt available on the withdrawal section. I tried using a different method on the withdrawal and the system said approved I email them and the response I got was yes it was approved and you will get your money soon however that was clearly a lie because that withdrawal subsequently was rejected. On the chat I was told to make a minimum deposit using (lets say bank transfer) use it by bet or slot machines then email security with proof of the deposit together with ID and it will be sorted (I am not fully convinced). The problem comes that for the past few days the methods of deposit and the methods of withdrawal are different and it will be IMPOSSIBLE unless I get the police (as this is really theft) or the other route that i will have to take is the legal route because sometimes it is not the amount of money but the principle. I truly hope the above makes sense and if 22bet.com dealt with my issue I certainly would not be here writing a 1 star review.
